Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Toon Prompter subscriptions are billed monthly. Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access to credits upon subscription, we have the following refund policy:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features and credits until the end of your paid period.

3. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased separately (outside of subscription) are non-refundable. Credits are immediately available upon purchase and cannot be returned once purchased.

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team at support@toonprompter.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for significant service disruptions.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute a charge, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
